These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PicPDF mobile application (“App”) developed and operated by MB Muzė LT, a company registered in Lithuania (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PicPDF for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App.

- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
2. Subscription and Payment
PicPDF is a paid application that offers access via a subscription model. Payment is processed through your Apple App Store account and is subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations and renewals, via your Apple ID settings.
3. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy. PicPDF processes all images and PDFs locally on your device. We do not upload or store your content on any external server.
However, we use the following third-party services:
- PostHog — for anonymous usage analytics
- Sentry — for crash reporting and debugging
These services may collect limited technical data to help us improve the App. No personally identifiable information (PII) or image/PDF content is collected or transmitted.

4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, features, and source code, belong to MB Muzė LT. The name “PicPDF” is not a registered trademark but is used as our brand identity.
You may not use our branding or content without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB Muzė LT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including loss of data or files.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or App Store listing. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
