1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nibbly (the “App”), a baby food tracking app operated by MB Muzė LT (“Nibbly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using Nibbly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Nibbly is intended for parents and caregivers who are supporting babies starting solid foods. Nibbly is not intended for use by children.
2. What Nibbly Does
Nibbly is a baby food tracker that helps parents and caregivers record and organize information related to starting solids, including introduced foods, allergies you choose to enter, reaction status, reaction notes, local reminders, and custom foods or meals.
Nibbly is feeding-method agnostic. It may be used by families who use purées, spoon-feeding, baby-led weaning, mixed feeding, or other approaches to starting solids.
3. No Medical Advice
Nibbly does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
Information in Nibbly, including any allergen-related tracking, reaction notes, choking-risk warnings, food suggestions, AI-generated meal ideas, reminders, or educational content, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, pediatric guidance, emergency care, or individualized feeding advice.
You are responsible for consulting a pediatrician, doctor, registered dietitian, emergency service, or other qualified healthcare professional regarding your baby’s health, allergies, suspected reactions, feeding readiness, choking risk, food preparation, or any medical concern.
If your baby has symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, choking, breathing difficulty, swelling, severe vomiting, lethargy, or any other emergency symptom, seek emergency medical assistance immediately.
4. Parent and Caregiver Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Nibbly and for all feeding decisions involving your baby.
You agree that you are responsible for:
- verifying whether a food is suitable for your baby;
- checking ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, texture, size, and choking risk;
- supervising your baby while eating;
- following applicable health guidance in your country or region;
- consulting a qualified healthcare professional when needed;
- determining whether and how to introduce allergens;
- interpreting any reaction notes or food history you enter; and
- deciding whether to rely on any food, reminder, or meal suggestion in the App.
Nibbly may attempt to reduce risk by showing warnings or helpful information for certain foods, including some choking-risk-related warnings. However, Nibbly cannot identify every risk, cannot account for every baby’s development or health condition, and cannot guarantee that any food, preparation method, or suggestion is safe for your baby.
5. Not a Medical Record
Nibbly is not a medical record system. Reaction notes, allergy entries, food history, and other information you enter are caregiver notes for your personal organization only.
You should not rely on Nibbly as your only record of your baby’s feeding, allergy, reaction, or medical history. You are responsible for maintaining any records required for medical care or emergency purposes.
6. Local Data Storage and No Account
Nibbly does not require a user account. Baby profiles, food logs, allergy entries, reaction status, reaction notes, custom foods, custom meals, and similar personal app data are intended to be stored locally on your device.
Nibbly does not provide cloud sync for this data. If you delete app data in Nibbly or delete the App from your device, that local app data is removed from that device, subject to your device and Apple backup settings.
Because Nibbly does not operate an account system, we may not be able to restore local app data if you lose your device, delete the App, reset your device, or otherwise remove local data.
7. AI-Generated Meal Ideas
Nibbly may include AI-powered meal idea features. These features may use OpenRouter or other AI model providers through our backend proxy.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or outdated. You must review any AI-generated meal idea before using it and make your own decision about whether it is appropriate for your baby.
AI-generated meal ideas are not medical advice, nutrition advice, allergy advice, choking-risk advice, or professional feeding guidance.
8. Local Reminders and Notifications
Nibbly may allow you to set local reminders, such as meal plan reminders. These reminders are intended to be scheduled on your device.
You are responsible for enabling, disabling, and managing notifications through the App and your device settings. Nibbly does not guarantee that reminders will be delivered at any specific time or without interruption.
9. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Trials
Nibbly may offer paid subscriptions, lifetime access, free trials, or other paid features. Purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and may be managed or validated through RevenueCat.
Prices, subscription plans, trial availability, included features, billing periods, and promotional offers may vary by country, region, currency, store, device, or time.
If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple’s App Store rules and your Apple account settings. You are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through your Apple account.
Refunds, billing issues, renewal settings, and cancellations are generally handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable App Store terms and policies.
We may change free or paid features over time. If you have purchased a subscription or other paid access, any changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Apple’s App Store rules.
10. User Content
Nibbly may allow you to enter your own content, including baby nicknames or names, allergies, introduced foods, reaction notes, custom foods, custom meals, and other notes.
You are responsible for the content you enter into the App and for any content you choose to share outside the App.
You agree not to use Nibbly to create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
11. Sharing
Nibbly may allow you to share meal cards or other content through the iOS share sheet. Shared content may include information you choose to include, such as recipe text, notes, Nibbly branding, or a footer such as “Made by a parent using Nibbly.”
Nibbly does not control who receives or accesses content after you share it outside the App. You are responsible for reviewing shared content before sending it and for ensuring you do not share private or sensitive information unintentionally.
Shared content is not medical advice, safety advice, or feeding advice.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Nibbly for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with the App or related services;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
- misuse support, feedback, or communication channels;
- upload, enter, or share harmful, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content;
- attempt unauthorized access to any systems, services, or data related to Nibbly; or
- use Nibbly in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
Nibbly may rely on third-party services, including Apple App Store and In-App Purchases, Firebase, RevenueCat, PostHog Cloud, Sentry, Cloudflare, OpenRouter, Apple Search Ads attribution, analytics providers, attribution providers, and AI model providers.
Your use of third-party platforms, stores, devices, operating systems, or services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
14. Changes to the App
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove parts of Nibbly at any time. We may also change features, content, design, pricing, subscriptions, free access, or technical functionality.
We will try to make changes responsibly, but we do not guarantee that any feature will always be available.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nibbly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that:
- Nibbly will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free;
- food information, allergen-related information, reaction tracking, reminders, AI-generated meal ideas, or warnings will be complete or suitable for your baby;
- Nibbly will identify every risk, allergen, reaction, choking hazard, or safety issue;
- any particular result will occur from using Nibbly; or
- Nibbly will meet your expectations or needs.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Muzė LT and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, device issues, service interruptions, feeding decisions, health-related outcomes, or reliance on App content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, those rights continue to apply.
18. Termination
Because Nibbly does not require user accounts, there may be no account for us to suspend or terminate. However, we may restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to parts of the App or related services if necessary to protect the App, comply with law, prevent misuse, or enforce these Terms.
You may stop using Nibbly at any time and may delete the App from your device.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App, website, App Store listing, or another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will be effective when posted or when otherwise stated. Your continued use of Nibbly after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region require otherwise.
