MB Muzė LT (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how PicPDF (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

PicPDF is an image-to-PDF converter app designed to run entirely on your device. The app allows you to capture or select images and convert them into PDF documents. The app prioritizes user privacy and does not upload or store your content on external servers.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information directly from you. However, we use third-party services that may collect limited technical and diagnostic data:

• PostHog – for anonymous usage analytics.
• Sentry – for crash reporting and debugging.

These services may collect:

• Device type and OS version
• App usage patterns (e.g., feature usage)
• Crash and error logs

No personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or location data is collected.

3. How We Use Information

The limited information collected via third-party services is used solely for:

4. Data Storage and Processing

All image processing and PDF generation happens locally on your device. Your images and PDF files are never uploaded to any server. Files are stored only on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

5. App Permissions

PicPDF requires the following permissions to function:

• Camera Access – to allow scanning images directly from the camera.
• Photo Library Access – (if applicable) to select existing images for conversion.

These permissions are used only for the intended features and are not used to collect personal data.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• PostHog (https://posthog.com) – Analytics
• Sentry (https://sentry.io) – Crash reporting

Each service has its own privacy policy and complies with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. These services may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the EU or the United States.

7. Children’s Privacy

PicPDF is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

8. Your Privacy Rights

You have full control over your data:

• All files remain on your device.
• You can delete the app at any time to remove all locally stored data.
• You may contact us to request deletion of any analytics or crash data that may be associated with your usage (if identifiable).
